Are my personal item entries secure?

A1:

Yes, only you can access your list of items. No one knows where they are located or stored. They could be at any home, office or storage address in the world and there is no record of it on LogIT - first.

Is LogIT - first user friendly?

A2:

We believe it is, we certainly hope you think so. However, if you can see improvements, there is a ‘Help’ function for you to let us know your ideas. This is the reason for the 90 day trial. We are confident you will love it.

How do I get started?

A3:

Register the 90 day FREE Trial.

Go to the Help File and view the short video lessons.

There are only 3 ‘Must Do’ tasks to complete, and you are away.

   

Q4:

We have a home full of personal items, will it be a big task entering them?

A4:

No, however  everything worthwhile does take time. Of course for a new home it is much easier, simply add the items as you purchase them.

An existing home is best carried out room by room over a 4 to 6 week period.

   

Q5:

Will LogIT - first record the valuations of personal items?

A5:

Yes, it will be required for insurance claims and police reports. As you add an entry there is the opportunity to include all the purchase details, including any warranty, as well as the replacement value can be updated each year.

   

Q6:

That happens if I lose my computers and devices in a fire or flood?

A6:

We hope you don’t, but, you can access your own LogIT - first details and entries on a friend’s computer or device.

This means your insurance claim and police report can be completed immediately. No guesswork, only accurate information.

   

Q7:

What happens after I stop using LogIT - first?

A7:

When a subscription is not renewed, there is a 90 day ‘Read Only’ period for you to print the General and Library list of items.

We are confident that you will find LogIT - first  to be one of your best assets.  

   

Q8:

Can I upgrade from Home Edition to Premium Home / Business Edition?

A8:

Yes. Each year you renew your subscription you can upgrade or downgrade. Your entries are safe only the available functions change.

   

Q9:

Can two family members or employees access the same LogIT - first at the same time?

A9:

Yes, however the same function cannot be used by both at the same time.

   

Q10:

Will there be anyone to help me?

A10:

Yes, it is through the ‘online help’. We will reply to your enquiry as quickly as possible but, no later than two working days.
